Ownership in Kakela Makai Oceanview Subdivision includes the use of the large pool, hot tub, clubhouse, restrooms and the exercise equipment. Chairs, table, showers and all the other amenities are available to owners during the hours of dawn to dusk. Yearly ownership dues are currently $901.50 per year and are subject to change by the board of directors of KMOS.

The entire project is governed by Rules and Restrictions that include a design and review for the home and its landscaping prior to the issuance of a building permit.

Owners do have the option of having an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) on their property, however no CPR’s or splitting of the properties is allowed. Also limitations as to the size of the Additional Dwelling Unit are defined in the CCR’s of the project.
