Joy was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and educated at Loretto Academy and Sacred Hearts Academy in Kaimuki, HI. Her college education was at Marymount College that subsequently became Loyola-Marymount University. Joy was involved with her parents in the restaurant business for 26 years in Santa Fe prior to moving to Kauai. Joy has served on hospital boards, a state medical examiner board and bank boards. Joy and her husband Michael moved to Kauai in 1999. Their love of this beautiful island brought them into the real estate business Her motto is: Buyers should have as much knowledge about their purchase as is possible and go slowly to make certain that their purchase is the best for them. Sellers should check the market and list their property for value and be realistic about their sales price. Communication is the number one rule of the real estate work between the Buyer/Seller and their agent.
