Debra is part owner and also the Principal Broker for the firm. She has been in real estate sales on Kauai since 1979. She specializes in luxury properties, especially large tracts of land and oceanfront parcels, however she will take on the challenge of any type of Kauai property from selling a 20,000 State Lease on a Kokee Cabin to luxury vacation rental to commercial properties. She has either been the number one volume producer on Kauai or in the top 10 for the last several years straight. Debra is also on several community non-profit boards and likes to give her time to projects that help the community grow and improve. She is particularly interested in community theatre and has produced several large musicals for the Kauai community to enjoy. She has been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1971 and is a teacher of TM. She also has an undergraduate degree in Biology and enjoys being outdoors. She lives in the Omao area of Kauai with her husband, Ernie, currently teaching school, and next door to her mom, Nancy, who is the founder of Nana's House in Waimea. Daughter Juli is in college in California. Debra prides herself on finding her Buyer clients their perfect property match and also, zeroing in on the current market for her Seller clients.
